Small extra point to add to my last mail: It's worth stressing that the file 
extensions on files passed to TCC must be lower case, as ti won't recognise 
them as valid otherwise no matter how accurately the paths are written. In 
Windows, a file called XYZ.C will often be displayed as Xyz.c which really IS 
horrible, you have my total agreement on that. But that's how it is, so if you 
specify that the extensions MUST be witl lower case extensions, then you can 
expect Windows users to get on with that info as best they can, and to test 
what the file properties say about the actual name the think they're seeing. 
But right now there is no mention of this, and you'll have an easier time 
fending off questions from people if you do mention it.
