[Vrs-development] Task list and project activity

I have started a basic project and task list setup in
the Savannah page.  It is very rudamentary, however. 
The News function in Savannah is not useful for the
progeress notes.  Perhaps seperate mailing lists, but
there isn't enough traffic to warrent that yet.

Perhaps direct posting to the docs in the development
section?
