[Bontz-team] compiling errors

i know i am doing something wrong...
can you help me out?

here is my $PATH on tarkin
/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/jre:/usr/local/jre/b
in:/usr/local/jre/lib:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/lib/transcode:/usr/lib:/usr/
include/SDL:/usr/local/include

whenever i include SDL.h in my project i must include SDL/SDL.h
well, the smpeg libraries require SDL and when you crack them open they
#include "SDL.h" but it doesn't work unless i change it to SDL/SDL.h
what am i doing wrong?  is there something wrong with my path?  because i
have SDL in it, or is it the Makefile?
