Thank you for checking.  And thanks to Matthew, too, for the same
confirmation.

I also tried applying "git am" to the output of "hg export" according to
the message of Uwe, and it seems to work well without any problem.  I
also thank to Uwe for providing useful information.

That's fine with me, please go ahead.  (However, if my patch contains
mistake in the syntax of English and you're worrying about that, please
discard it.)
