I'm notoriously bad at estimating these kinds of things, but hopefully I'll 
get the time to slip them in by 0.6.0 mid-year.  Maybe even sooner.

If I could get a decent specification of the syntax and semantics, they 
shouldn't be difficult to add.  All I've seen are a couple of examples, which 
aren't enough to tell me what they look like when compiled down to IL.
