   I'm sure the proper fix is for the FSF to fix the news to mail gateways
   between the various lists and GNUsenet.

If it is something we, the GNU project wants, it is _us_ who should
make it happen.  Not the FSF.  So as usual, someone has to volunteer
to do that work.
