Mailman is not maintained by us, it's infrastructure used by the
entire GNU Project.  If you want to suggest changes in that, please
post to mailman@gnu.org and savannah-hackers-public@gnu.org.

The Emacs project just uses the infrastructure provided by GNU.

Also, the bug tracker is not built on mailman, it just sends messages
to a mailing list, but that's all.
