I see that the document is very thorough. But if a call for participation is so long, people with little time available will be less incentivated to propose make a talk. It is better to make more short communications than a long one. And it is better to address concerns with the particular details addressed instead of having everyone read the whole framework of what concerns all cases. Is it possible to divide this call into the most essential to get people involved? Is this the best way?
