Not yet :-) At least for comiting code ;-) We are busy developing we don't 
have time to push anyone around.

Maybe it is not appreciated that much but git helped a lot in that respect. 
CVS was central and you had to reject stuff you did not like which would the 
submiter go away. With git you can collaborate much better.
