WTF. Is this a known issue. Cross platform is written all over this toolkit.

So X11 will still be possible but suck big time ?

Thanks for letting us know.

What might be possible is to build GNUmed on MacOS 10.5 as dmg and run it on 
10.6 or 10.7 since all libraries are bundled into the dmg.
