that both columns Name (presumably dem.org_unit.description) and Org (presumably dem.org.description) display

D'oh … this one I have figured out … the Org manager widget lists Orgs in *case sensitive* alpha order, causing Lifelabs to appear not between

LIEW, DR KIM

LIGERTWOOD, DR STEPHEN

but between

LYTLE, DR CRAIG

MA, DR ALAN
