You need to add the signature to your list of keys by executing this command:
$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 12345678
Afterwards, you need to do
$ sudo apt-get update
Now you can install the package 'gnunet' as you are used to.
