Yes. But now you have more sources scheduled than what you can connect to,
so it's never going to "heal" by itself, you should either pause some
files, or lower max_sources_per_file.

Don't know what's the best behavior for mldonkey...
Issue a warning, or automatically pause some files, or lower
max_sources_per_file when

number of sources > max_client_per_second * min_reask_delay ?

(untested patch attached, that implement the 3rd solution ;) )
