A new beta of Pan for Windows, which corresponds to 0.13.3.90
and I suspect will fix the freeze-on-startup that so many people
got with the previous betas, is available at
http://pan.rebelbase.com/~charles/pan-windows-beta-4-setup.exe
Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
