As I read it, what is currently ignored/watched will be going away, and would
be the equivilent under scoring of -9999/+9999 respectively. I expect at
lest the watched color to continue to be used as a category marker for "very
high scoring", however. (Note that as designed, the minimum score for that
category will be user adjustable.)
