Actually, Klaus is the only one that I know of who has mentioned actually
doing work on the WWWLib 5 stuff.  My idea was mostly to convert the
existing WWWLib in Lynx to the same filename convention as used in the
more recent WWWLib's so that filenames would not only follow the 8.3
convention, but would use the SAME names as the new WWWLib.  I got a list
of filename changes when they did this from the history file for WWWLib.
