We have buttons!

I've implemented the basics of "ButtonBase", "Button", and "Form" now.  
Simon's test case works also.  I will be interested to know if dropping a 
button on the form with VS.Net will work. :-)

In a little while I will check in a HACKING file describing how to get started 
on the SWF implementation.  The location in the tree will be:

    pnetlib/System.Windows.Forms/HACKING

(Now, I just have to go write it! :-) ).
