Just a note: with this solution there is no need to manually change
anything, it is enough with a Tools -> Reconfigure. The script
configure.py is run every time LyX is reconfigured, and it would
already know what to do (i.e. set up the eLyXer converter instead of
the xhtml -> blog converter).
