OK. I will fix speech quotes in a few articles that have plenty of
quotation marks, and leave the rest alone.

By the way, the Italian translations also use quotes for foreign words.
French italicizes them with <i> (not <cite> unless this is a book title).

I posted it for the record, in case someone wants to process another
directory. There is an error at line 36, by the way:

         s, \\"\. \. \.\\" , ... ,g
should be
         s, \\"\.\.\.\\" , ... ,g

(I only saw one instance of this quoted ellipsis.)

Yes, they are even easier to find with gnome-search-tool, for example.

I'm going to commit the POs that don't have speech quotes, then check
the rest again. It may not take as long as you think because, as I don't
know Italian, I am not tempted to proofread the text. :)
