and create a draft specification for a simple, quick-and-dirty
first incarnation of the DotGNU Virtual Identities and
authentication system.

Then implement it.

The most urgent needs are a good specification as well as
browser plugins which implement the specification.

Extensions to Free html authoring tools to support the
specification would also be good.

I'm not whether any modification of http server software is
needed or even desirable for the first incarnation of the DotGNU
Virtual Identities and authentication system.
