No, we can't (or rather shouldn't). (Well, anyone can embark
on that journey but that's not the journey GNUmed is
intended to take as far as I am concerned as it's a sure way
of wrecking GNUmeds true objectives.)  Remember, we are
masons building a home. (Actually we are the people who want
to *live* in that home, sad enough we have to build it
ourselves.) We sure as hell don't want to invent brick and
mortar.

We can, however, shop around a bit for who's got the best
build-your-home kit and perhaps combine a few things here
and there.
