Heh, on Linux we are spoiled by having choice and I like it :-)

Sure, it is, but I hope DVCS will bring new devs instead.

The other day, upon mentioning CVS, someone wrote me:

"...cvs these days is about as hip as having toilet paper stuck to one's
shoe.  It can deter potential contributors just because it doesn't have
a good "smell", so to speak."

I also don't care about stats - otherwise wouldn't use darcs for so
long, neither switched to bzr - I'm more interested for the feature set,
UI etc. - no need to help me in my decision ;)
