I my opinion, everything is fine since a few weeks. The only issue we
had on Overnet publish was the load geenrated by "publish" messages. It
was solved in patch2.0, and I find it finely-tuned now. But the core
functionnality has not changed since patch1.0.

But I think we need feedback from other people that the patch developper
here ;)

We may even later think about removing the "overnet_publish" flag from
the conf file. After all, there is no "edonkey_publish" option, and I
think that being fair will benefit to us.
