Hello,

I noticed that many people post their client_stats after having let 
their client run just for a few minutes.
This does not generate meaningful stats. It could e.g. be that emule 
takes an advance start
in your upload queues because of source propagation and you will have to 
wait some time to d/l yourself
because of long queues.

In my experience the upload/download per client ratio always looks fair 
after a few days running.
Imho client_stats for clients running only a few minutes are completly 
meaningless.

I included stats of 2 of my mldonkeys running MLDonkey 
2.00+2+pango20021208a (so without quota).
First one downloads popular stuff and shares it on huge servers, second 
uses 1 specialized anime server exclusivly.

The only clients that download much more that they upload are edonkeys.
I suspect queue jumping with bots, so I'm quite curious how that stats 
will look with the new banning feature.

I think that if anybody outside of this mailing list gets to know of 
emule quotas
it will generate really evil press. And perhaps start a client war.
No other client (including emule) has ever disadvantaged another client 
by brand, always by features/bugs like queue_jumping.

btw: If you do not remove this, then at least increase the default quota.
    I find it ridiculous that of my 50 upload slots only 16 are usable 
for a client that about 90% are using.

ps: Yes I know that I can alter the quota, I'm talking about default values.
