A "nice" approach could be to dinamically set the % of upload slots by
brand but also reserve an upload slot just for emules (as we did for
mldonkey clients).

I can hear you: "Oh, he's gone crazy", "He's mad", "Treason!!!".

Let me finish: it would be nice to do so if (and only if) Emule's
developpers do the same for us, that is mldonkey has a reserved upload
slot in Emule.

This way both clients could benefit from each other (no more infinite
queues?) and they would not have to fake them as mldonkeys because they
always would have an upload slot reserved for them (besides the additional
% because of the download stats).

Of course, the problem would be -as usual- the cooperation between both
brands' developpers.

Or is it an utopia?
