I'm happy that besides the usual comments, the seniors of this list
understand the problem we are facing and are ready to take decent actions.

MLDonkey:
The dynamic attribution would be a good "political" thing, the others could
no longer complain about how evil and unfair mldonkey is, since it would be
as you said some sort of community credit system, not much worse than
theirs. And i don't care if they get 0 upload slots, they should just not
put us on infinite queues and they'll get an appropriate ratio of slots..

I just can't wait for the newest addition by Simon to be adopted by the
community.

And since this should be solved for a while, less work would be wasted
there. Advances can be made in more interesting topics as MLDonkey said,
interesting parts of the emule protocol, separate the md4 process, better
infos in the GUI (yet i'd put this on a lower priority..), and i hope work
out a bit overnet wich is still a one-class community.
