This would lead either to

- us suffering from being a minority and getting only a short percentage of
slots

or

- (in case emule would not be counted) mldonkeys being preferred over
emule(something they won't do)


Let's face it: As soon as we start "sharing" slots one party will suffer
from it.
Not to prefer anyone seems to be the fairest solution to me.
