Nice. Those are the sort of things that can inform our
prospective patient overview plugin/printout.

The template -> document engines contain a step "edit the
replaced template before running the final format creator on
it". That's intended for last minute editing.

The Synopsis tab can surely be added, please add it to the
wishlist on launchpad.
